Petri to Discuss Aviation Issues on C-Span Thursday Morning at 7:45 Central Time
 
Rep. Tom Petri, the ranking Republican on the House Aviation Subcommittee, is scheduled to appear live for 1/2 hour Thursday morning at 7:45 Central Time on C-Span's Washington Journal program.  Petri will potentially discuss issues concerning aviation security, airline safety, FAA reauthorization, and air traffic control modernization as well as other aviation issues.
 
At 10 a.m. Eastern Time (for those in Washington), as ranking Republican, Rep. Petri will participate in an Aviation Subcommittee hearing on airline security.  Among the witnesses will be Kip Hawley, Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  This will be in Room 2167 of the Rayburn Building.
